I have been inspired within my practice to develop functional movement exercises. I am passionate about educating people on how to apply functional movements in their daily life to reduce pain and improve function.
This includes :
Awareness of postural habits: including one-sided repetitive movements
Mirroring those movements on the opposite side
Resetting postural strains back to neutral
This very simple retraining has successfully helped many people, from sports professionals and hobbyists to ergonomics within the office and home office and in daily life.
